The form asks for your name, email address and message. Your organisation and the service you are considering are optional. Required fields allow us to understand and answer your enquiry; the form cannot be submitted without them. Later correspondence may contain professional contact details you provide. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive information.

Purposes and legal grounds

Responding to and preparing a proposal relies on precontractual steps requested by the person concerned. Other professional enquiries and communications security rely on a legitimate interest in responding and protecting the service, subject to your rights. Any eventual contractual relationship relies on contract performance and applicable legal duties.

The notice acknowledgement is not advertising consent. No marketing subscription or sale of your information is planned.

Recipients and transfers

Authorised ELYNQOR personnel can access enquiries. In the planned deployment, Netlify processes forms and may apply antispam services, including Akismet depending on configuration. ELYNQOR’s selected email provider processes emails. Technical logs may contain an IP address, time, request and browser information for operation and security.

As Netlify is based in the United States, processing may occur outside the EEA. Safeguards and subprocessors are described in its data processing agreement and privacy policy. The configuration and agreements of the providers actually used must be reviewed at launch.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for up to twelve months after the conversation closes, then deleted unless a dispute or obligation justifies a different period. This is an operational rule to apply in forms and email, not automatic deletion by the website. Contractual records follow applicable legal and evidential retention requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email business@elynqorsoftware.tech; proportionate identity verification may be needed. We respond within the legal period, generally one month, with a reasoned extension where permitted.

You may complain to the French CNIL. This website makes no automated decisions with legal effects and carries out no advertising profiling.
