Before agreement
This website does not conclude contracts. Before any agreement with a consumer, service characteristics, total price, fees, timing, payment, performance, complaint and applicable withdrawal arrangements are provided on a durable medium. Applicable statutory rights for digital services or content are not excluded by these pages.
Complaints
Send a complaint to business@elynqorsoftware.tech or ELYNQOR, 95 rue Laennec, 69008 Lyon, France, identifying the service and issue. Correspondence aims to understand the situation and seek a solution.
Consumer mediation
Where a consumer contract falls within the scheme, the consumer may use the competent mediator free of charge after an unresolved prior written complaint, subject to legal conditions. The name and contact details of the mediator actually appointed by ELYNQOR must be provided before concluding such a contract. This website claims no affiliation with a particular mediator.
Withdrawal
A withdrawal right may apply to contracts concluded at a distance or off premises. See the dedicated page and downloadable model. A contact enquiry on this website does not create a contract or start a withdrawal period.
