Right of withdrawal

Period and notification
For a service contract concluded at a distance or off premises with a consumer, the withdrawal period is generally fourteen days from conclusion, subject to statutory exceptions and rules. You can notify your decision through a clear statement sent before the period ends to business@elynqorsoftware.tech or ELYNQOR, 95 rue Laennec, 69008 Lyon, France. The model below is optional.
Starting before the period ends
Early performance requires an express request on a durable medium where required by law. If you withdraw after work starts, a proportionate amount for services actually supplied is due only where legal conditions are met. Loss of the right after full performance requires the legally required prior consents and acknowledgements. Custom software is not automatically treated as personalised goods excluded from withdrawal.
Refunds
Following valid withdrawal, refundable amounts are repaid without undue delay and within fourteen days after notice of the decision, in accordance with applicable rules. The same payment method is used unless another method is expressly agreed without fees to the consumer.
