A concrete scope

What we build.

The pilot automates one scenario: one trigger, up to three actions and one exception rule. It may prepare an export, classify an item or notify someone through an authorised channel. The routine includes an agreed check for cases that should not be processed automatically.

  • Describe one scenario and its trigger.
  • Up to three actions in accessible tools.
  • One exception rule and a planned human check.
  • Execution logs for the agreed scenario.
  • Document the trigger and how to stop the routine.
See the logic in action

One rule can take two paths.

Change the condition: routine cases and exceptions take different routes.

A pilot routine and agreed configuration.

02

A description of actions and exceptions.

03

Guidance for supervision and deactivation.

Separate scope. Automated unsolicited outreach, sensitive decisions, access bypasses and unauthorised scenarios are outside scope. Subscriptions and ongoing operation are agreed separately.

A question about this service?

Can a person stop the routine?

Yes. Stopping instructions and responsibilities are documented. Automation should remain controllable by authorised people.

Are hosting and software costs included?

Only when listed in the proposal. Licences, domains, subscriptions, API fees and other external costs are identified separately.
