A concrete scope

What we build.

The pilot provides a protected space for one enquiry category, with two access profiles, a follow-up record and up to four agreed states. Authorised messages and documents are attached to the case. Permissions, authentication and data sensitivity are defined before implementation.

  • One case type and up to four states.
  • Two access profiles for the agreed scope.
  • An enquiry screen and follow-up record.
  • Messages and attachments with defined formats and limits.
  • One simple notification through an authorised channel.

What you receive

Materials to take it forward.

01

Pilot portal and access rules.

02

A description of states and responsibilities.

03

A walkthrough of enquiry management.

Separate scope. This pilot does not replace a full support centre. Payment, automated return logistics, health data, SLAs and ongoing operations require a suitable agreement.

It is a starting price for the described pilot scope. The proposal confirms deliverables, total price and any external costs before agreement. Consumer amounts include applicable taxes.

A question about this service?

Do all customers see the same cases?

No. Access is defined by profile and case. Rules are agreed and then checked within the project scope.

Are hosting and software costs included?

Only when listed in the proposal. Licences, domains, subscriptions, API fees and other external costs are identified separately.
